Botulinum toxin, is a neurotoxin protein, it is sold commercially under the brand names: Botox and Dysport.
The botox is naturally made by bacterium and is one of the most poisonous substances in nature. The botox has been used in the cosmetics industry since the seventies and very effective for wrinkles and expression marks. The botox was approved in 1989 to treat spasms such as: eye muscle disorders (uncontrollable blinking) and strabismus. A few years later, in 2000 the botox was approved to treat cervical dystonia, which is a neck and shoulders contractions.

Only by April 2002, the cosmetics botox was approved by the FDA (food and drug administration). Besides the cosmetic use, botox is used to treat: migraines, constant involuntary winking (blepharospasm), neurological conditions, excessive sweating and more. Many people, men and women all over the world are using botox to moderate the frown lines between the eyebrows and also the lines on the sides of the eyes that make them look tired.

* Cheap is expensive! Remember that when you have your botox treatment. You might pay cheap but then you might have to fix your face for more money. Just go to well known places with reputation and certifications.
* The FDA recommends to use the lowest effective dose possible and also to wait minimum of 3 month between Botox Cosmetic treatments.
* After you have the procedure made, don't drink alcohol and try to sit vertically for a few hours.
